This home was rental property. The renters destroyed this house and were eventually evicted. The HVAC ventilation system was converted from Gas to electric and re routed through the closets, you can use your imagination as to why. The home needed new carpet, vinyl flooring, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, interior paint and sheetrock repair throughout the entire house. The homeowner did not want to invest more out of pocket cash into this home or tie up any credit.
