The home seller had to quickly sell their house to pursue a job opportunity in another state. Years of wear and tear by the family and pets left the carpets in run down condition. The otherwise spacious backyard had become overgrown with dense vegetation. Cabinetry in the kitchens needed to be updated or replaced. The master bathroom was showing its age and was in dire need of a face lift.
