Home sold in Atlanta, Fast!

The homeowners of this Atlanta home wanted to sell their home for top dollar, and to do it quickly. The biggest issue they were facing was that the entire home needed updates in order to get a good offer in quickly. It is a beautiful home, that is well built, but with the old worn out carpet, and dingy paint, offers would have been slow coming, and low to match!
