Due to the home being an investment property that was used as a rental home, this home had some interior wall damage, needed all walls, trim and ceilings painted and all carpet and vinyl flooring replaced in order to get the maximum value Also, to make matters more difficult, and of course in the month of June, both AC units quit working and needed replacing. The gas stove and microwave also needed removing and replacing. The homeowners did not want to tie up any more of their resources in this house.
