This property is an investment rental property. The homeowner, after moving out of state and tired of dealing with renters decided that he wanted to sell this property. The property had damage from the previous renters and the usual wear and tear. The home had extensive damage to exterior wood, deck and siding and needed a full home exterior paint job. The interior, needed carpet and paint along with some minor Sheetrock repair. In order to get top dollar for this property, the homeowner would have to spend over $20,000 to get the home market ready.
